Prevent the Golf Wrist Slice

Today I am going to discuss how to prevent the golf wrist slice. In review the two usual ways golfers slice: cut across the ball putting a spin on the ball or leave the club face open. Today I am going to talk about how the right wrist* can push the club head across the target line putting a spin on the ball creating a slice. The tricky part is this happens way down at the bottom of the swing. A golfer can swing properly all the way down and then at about hip height they take their right wrist and push horizontally at the ball. The club gets outside the ball line. The golfer hurries to push the club back across the target line. This push creates a slice. Keep your hands quiet. Let gravity take over. Feel the right hand and wrist relax at the bottom.
